So when we were in 2020 in November- December we did planks. We started at 30 seconds and every 2 days of school we went ten seconds up. For a lot of people it was hard and I was one of the people because I have to do push-ups every day and sit ups and I might have basketball practice and we run a lot. When we were done planking we had to do one more plank. I was surprised that I got over one minute because I was struggling and it was kind of late at night but I was proud of myself because I did not give up even though I did give up at the very end.
For my daily habit I read every day because reading helps me clear my mind when I’m frustrated or mad about something. Reading also clears my mind in general. I read some comic books but what I really like to read is basketball books because basketball is my favorite sport. The book I am reading is who was Kobe Bryant. The reason I chose this book is because he was one of the greatest scorers ever to play basketball and he also had a game type like none other. My dream is to some day be like him.
